Being born and raised in Kenya, culture and the study of humanity has always been my inspiration. My beautiful country of Kenya has a diverse and unique set of cultural values and a heritage drawn from 42 ethnic groups. This has inspired me to think beyond Kenya and Africa, anthropology with its origins in the natural sciences, the humanities, and the social sciences has given me a global picture. Inspiration to me is basically finding the good in life and wanting to do good, finding hope and giving it to others. So many people in TIG have truly and significantly made an impact on my life, and TIG as a forum has really made it happen in my life, at times our expectations seems to be cut off due to the environment that we come from, but God in His infinite mercies doesn't allow it to happen. I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world.
